I've spent 15+ years in marketing, leading teams at tech startups, running my own agency, and working with brands like The Body Shop, Charlotte Tilbury, and Victoria's Secret*. I've seen what works (and what's a waste of time and money).
I started Victrix Labs because female founders need senior-level marketing expertise that fits their budget. My clients get both strategy and execution, from positioning to campaigns to creative development and team building.
